COGANITE Nitriding furnaces are constructed with systems that control the injection of gases based on continuous analysis of the furnace atmosphere and pressure. This is done to maintain preset Nitriding Potentials (Kn) to achieve repeatable results in terms of case depth & case characteristics such as white layer control and hardness profile.
A Sophisticated facility has been installed at the Fluidtherm Chennai works consisting of three nitriding furnaces, metallurgical lab & infrastructure.
